House Facilities

There is a spacious and comfortable sitting room and a separate dining room. The landscaped and professionally maintained garden is delightful and secluded and enjoyed by residents, especially in the summer.

• There is a passenger lift to the first floor
• Ample parking space is available.
• A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for residents use on the ground floor.
• All communal areas of the house are cleaned regularly, together with en suite facilities.
• Two kitchens are provided, one on each floor, for the use of residents

Subject to availability, overnight accommodation can occasionally be provided for visitors.Bed and Breakfast and hotel facilities are available locally both in Chalfont St Peter and Gerrards Cross.

Laundry

The house staff will, in general, carry out a limited amount of washing/laundry for residents on a weekly basis and which is included within the monthly rent.. However, residents are expected to make their own arrangements with the local laundry/dry cleaning services for major items, bed linen, towels etc
