 Room Charges and Availability
Current room charges and availability can be obtained from the Applications Secretary or from the House Manager. They vary from £1000 to £1500 per calendar month depending upon the size and location of the room. Most of the accommodation is in single rooms with en-suite facilities, although there is one two room suite:

The charges include all food, light, heat, TV licence, Council tax etc but not telephone bills
Public funding may be available, eg from the local Council, to those residents who cannot pay the full rate.
THE TRUSTEES HAVE DUE REGARD TO THE CHARITY COMMISSIONS ADVICE ON FEE CHARGING.
Rents are payable by Bankers Order monthly in advance. One month's notice is required from residents wishing to leave.
